To leave your apartment in the late afternoon, we can arrange a personalized check-out, if the apartment is still available, upon request and for a fee.

Yes, our Wifi connection is available free of charge in all accommodation and common areas.

From 1 January 2018 the Municipality of Montespertoli has established the tourist tax.

The tax amount is €2.00 per person for a maximum of 6 nights to be paid on departure in cash.

There is no tax for children/young people under 14 years of age.  

Yes, Le Ginestruzze Uzzano offers its guests free parking for the entire duration of their stay.

In general, dogs are not allowed on our farm. We can make an exception, but only for the small dogs. For insurance reasons and for the fact that we already have many cats in the family.

Yes, it is possible to add a maximum of one extra bed at a daily cost of €20.

Opening is seasonal and depends on the temperature. In general, it is from May 1st to October 1st, from 8h00 to 20h00. In this regard, we invite you to carefully read the regulations regarding our swimming pools.

Our estate supports and practices separate waste collection.

Guests have containers available for separate waste collection and their waste is recycled.

We must inform you that, from this year, our municipality has further strengthened the rules on recycling and therefore guests, during their stay, will have to strictly adhere to what is indicated in the regulation placed inside each apartment.

Furthermore, in compliance with virtuous energy saving practices, we ask you to:

- Turn off the lights at night

- Turn off the air conditioning when you go out for several hours.

- Do not do the washing machine if it is not fully loaded.

In all common areas and out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask you not to make noise after 11h00 pm (according to municipal regulations).

Extra heating costs are paid according to your consumption.

They must be paid in cash upon departure, together with the tourist tax.

We would like to point out that our accommodations do not have television.

1. Don't leave anything in the fridge. Place the food that you do not bring with you in the corresponding recycling bin.

2. Don't leave rubbish: take your separate waste (plastic, metal, paper) to the appropriate bins

3. Dishes and pans need to be washed

We will take care of the ordinary cleaning after your departure. If, upon your departure, we find the kitchen in disarray, a supplement for extraordinary cleaning will be added to your final bill.

• 30% deposit when you book
• One month before arrival, a second payment (40% of the total amount) must be paid
• 15 days before the arrival date, last payment with the 30%  remaining
• Cancellation 2 months before arrival: no penalty
• Cancellation 1 month and a half before arrival: 30% penalty (the deposit itself)
• Cancellation one week before arrival: 70% penalty (the deposit + the second payment)
• Cancellation 3 days before arrival 100% penalty.
• In case of early check-out or no-show, there will be no refund.
